Court / Fax Filings

In addition to all Sacramento area courts, our local coverage area includes El Dorado, Placer, Sutter, Yolo and Yuba County Courts. Our court staff is knowledgeable about the rules and procedures that need to be followed to file your documents within the various divisions of these courts. We maintain the local rules for these courts in our office and constantly monitor the ever-changing hours of each court. Once your filing is complete we will fax face pages as confirmation of the filing and return your endorsed copies within 48 hours.

If there is a problem with your filing you will immediately receive a call from our office or the court runner. We take rejections very seriously and will do everything we can to assist you in correcting the problem. If it is something the runner can fix on the spot they will do so with your approval. If not, we will get your documents back to you ASAP so you can modify them.

If you have a filing in an out of county court, we can handle it for you by using our overnight pouch system. Through our CAPPS association we have a delivery system that allows us to get work from our office in Sacramento to most counties in the state of California, usually by the next business day, at no additional cost to the client. An experienced court runner will then file your documents over the counter at the appropriate court and return conformed documents to our office. If necessary we can obtain conformed face pages via fax the same day the filing is complete. If you have an approved credit application on file with us we will be happy to advance and bill for any fees required by the court to complete the filing.

If the pouch system isn't quick enough for you, we can file your documents via fax filing. We do not fax them directly to the court, we fax your documents to an affiliate in the appropriate area. This affiliate will make the necessary number of copies, hand deliver them to the clerk for filing and fax back conformed face pages the same day. This ensures that your documents get filed the day you need them to be and eliminates the uncertainty as to whether or not the court received your fax.
