As a member of the California Association of Photocopiers and Process Servers (CAPPS) and the National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS), we are continuously updated with the latest information regarding changes in local, state and federal procedures. These changes are conveyed promptly to our entire staff, updated in our procedures and implemented into our daily operations. This allows us to provide you with a level of confidence knowing that we will serve your papers properly by following the current laws and codes.

We have one of the most extensive process serving networks in California and throughout the United States. The local process servers we employ are each experienced, bonded, registered and certified. They are all carry cell phones which allows us to contact a server at any give moment and get up to date information on any paper. Twice a week we require our servers to provide the status of all pending jobs so that we can update our database and keep our clients informed with the most recent attempts.

Every 2 years our entire staff is required to participate in a day long process serving seminar and to the pass the certification test. This seminar allows us to stay up to date on the most recent changes in the law. By networking with other servers from across the state we can learn new techniques for completing the difficult serves. While the certification test is normally given only to outside process servers we feel it is equally as important for our inside sales staff to pass the test. This ensures that they know the requirements for serving process and allows them to obtain a better understanding of what happens when a paper is actually served. With this knowledge they can communicate effectively with the process server, giving them the proper direction so we complete the assignment according to the client instructions and the requirements of the law.

To maintain our level of service for out of area assignments, we use only affiliates and independent contractors that are experienced, bonded and registered. We have spent years developing these relationships so that we can ensure our communication and service, no matter where the assignment is to be completed. Through our CAPPS association we have a delivery system that allows us to get work from our office in Sacramento to most counties in the state, usually by the next business day, at no additional cost to the client.

We go above and beyond when it comes to problem papers or bad addresses. We take a proactive approach by immediately notifying the client and providing a variety of options to assist them in getting the serve completed. We can utilize various in house resources and databases, access on-line skip tracing programs, check public records for real property searches and submit postal forwarding verifications.

If we are unable to complete a serve, you will receive a detail statement of diligence, outlining every attempt that was made.
