Skip Trace

We take skip tracing witnesses or defendants very seriously. We want to serve them as much as you do so we do everything we can to locate them.

We have a variety of databases that we can access, one of which is used by some law enforcement agencies. We can search nationwide property records, assessor's records, marriage records, corporate records, business licenses and web searches, including corporate web page history.

If the serve is a RUSH residential we will offer to perform a skip trace using one of our web based programs. Using this method we can often have the server out to a new address the same evening.

If the serve is a routine residential we immediately send a postal forwarding to the post office having jurisdiction over the last known address. This often proves to be a reliable way to obtain a new address, and it's at no charge to the client. This process normally takes between 3-10 business days when done by mail. If this timeframe to too long we can send a runner to the post office and try to obtain the new address information over the counter.
