Nationwide Legal operates litigation support and court-related administrative services, including process serving, e-filing coordination, court reporting coordination, and related litigation support services. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice or legal services.
For customer matters submitted through our services or integrations, Nationwide Legal generally acts as a service provider and intermediary and processes information in accordance with customer instructions and applicable law.

- Law firm personnel and legal professionals using our services

When you connect a legal practice management platform or other integrated system to Nationwide Legal, we may access and process information as authorized by you, including:

- Document Information: Document names, metadata, and content for documents you explicitly select for service or filing

- Attorney bar numbers or professional credentials where applicable

Typical Retention Periods

- Active account data: Retained while the account remains active
- Order and transaction records: Retained for up to seven (7) years for legal and compliance purposes
- Technical logs: Retained for a limited period, generally up to thirty (30) days, for operational and security purposes

08 THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS

When you connect a third-party platform:
- You authorize the connection through that platform's interface
- Nationwide Legal receives only the permissions you grant
- You may revoke access at any time through the platform's settings
8.2 Data Handling
- Document content is processed as necessary for service fulfillment and is not retained beyond what is operationally necessary
- Matter and contact metadata may be retained to support order tracking, compliance, and fulfillment
- Integrated platform data is accessed only when you initiate a service request
8.3 Disconnecting Integrations
If you disconnect an integration, Nationwide Legal will no longer access data from that platform. Information associated with previously completed or in-progress services may be retained as required for legal, operational, or compliance purposes.
09 CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our services are intended for business use by legal professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under eighteen (18) years of age.
10 CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When material changes are made:
